    Greetings

    Sushi Nakamura is a small sushi restaurant located in Tsuboi, Chuo Ward, Kumamoto City, run by a husband and wife duo.
    We use fish from the waters around Amakusa, Kumamoto and Kyushu whenever possible, and hope to express the natural flavor and seasonal feel of the ingredients.
    We look forward to your visit.

    About the food

    We only serve omakase dishes.

    If you have any allergies, please let us know when you make your reservation. We cannot accommodate requests on the day of your reservation.
    We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check with your companions in advance.

    Lunch special

    Fee: 13,000 yen (14,300 yen including tax)

    Menu: Chef's choice menu, mainly nigiri sushi.

    Opening days: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday Entry time: 12:00 (closing time 14:00)

    Night's Special

    Fee: 20,000 yen (22,000 yen including tax)

    Menu: Appetizers and nigiri sushi.
    Business days: Friday and Saturday. Entry times: 18:00-19:00 (closing time 22:00)

    About Reservations

    Reservations for the "Lunch Omakase" can be made online or by phone, and for the "Dinner Omakase" can be made by phone.

    ・Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance for a maximum of 4 people per group.

    Please make your reservation by 22:00 the day before your visit.

    Cancellation Fee

    As our restaurant operates by reservation only, we will charge for the food in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
    Thank you for your understanding.

    • Cancellation within 3 days or without notice: 100%

    • Cancellation 5 days prior: 50%

    • Cancellation within 7 days: 30%

    • Cancellation from confirmed reservation until 8 days before: 1,000 yen (tax included)

    When you visit

    ・Please refrain from wearing perfume as it may disturb other guests.
    ・If there are many things you cannot eat, we may refuse you entry.
    ・We ask that you refrain from bringing children to our store.
